Subse,~uent contracts for plumbing, <br />electrical, HVAC, etc. will be submitted to the Board for consideration as <br />they are developed by the staff. <br />Commissioner Llcyd questioned whether or not it would be cheaper <br />to go ahead and let the bids far the plunbing..electrical, HVAC, etc. <br />Gledhill noted that the law raquires one contractor for each <br />element of work designated.
