Stanback Middle School <br />Orange County Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />the Orange County <br />Be it ordained by the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, <br />Section I. The project authorized provides funds to construct improvements mechanicalroom A. L. <br />Sec Support column reinforcement, <br />Stanback Middle School including pp <br />ventilation, science labs, and erosion control. Proceeds from the Schools' share of pay -as- <br />you -go capital funds finance this Project. <br />Section <br />2.
