Elevator Repairs and Improvement <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant al o Section <br />s <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following cap project <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for upgrading /replacing elevator equipment. <br />Funds provide for improvements at the Whiffed Human Services C rater, anding the <br />funding in future years would allow for repairs at other County <br />Historic Courthouse and Jail.
