In conjunction with Orange Enterprises securing a <br />different building, Orange Industries is also to form a non-profit <br />organization whereby a professional staff would interact with the <br />non-profit organization but would not receive funding fram OPC. Whitted <br />expressed a concern about the deficit which is now being covered by OPC, <br />indicating this deficit would need to be subsidized by Orange County. He <br />added an amendment to the motion "contingent upon the subdivision being <br />approved". VOTING: UtdANII;OUSLY. <br />9. APP~~j9TMENT~. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by <br />Commissioner Marshall to approve the reappointment of Reverend Thomas M. <br />Denton to the Board of Social Services for a second term to begin on July <br />1, 1984 and end on June 30, 1987, and the appointment of Mrs. Annie <br />- Fuller to the County Senior Citizens Board for a term of office that will <br />begin on March 13, 1984 and~end on June 30, 1985.
