5 <br /> Commissioner Marshall made a motion, Commissioner Lloyd seconded <br /> approval of May 2, 9, 16, 23, 1984 for the Tax Lien Advertisement Sale. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 11. Agreement to Pay Employees qMcial Annuity Contributions <br /> Commissioner Whitted moved and Commissioner Willhoit seconded <br /> adoption of the necessary agreement and commitments by Orange County to <br /> continue to pay special contributions to the Special Annuity Savings Fund <br /> of the Law Enforcement Officers Retirement System. VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 12. Road Addition <br /> Commissioner Whitted moved, Commissioner Lloyd seconded approval <br /> of the addition of Woodland Drive in Sykes Subdivision, Cheeks Township, <br /> to the state-maintained road system. VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 13. Lani ntments <br /> Commissioner TAThitted moved and Commissioner Marshall seconded <br /> approval of the appointment of Dr. Eli Ross to the Board of Health with a <br /> term from February 21, 1984 to February 20, 1987. NO VOTE. <br /> The remaining appointments will be considered at the meeting on <br /> February 27, 1981. <br /> IED ITEM - Orange Tnd st-r i Ps <br /> County Manager Thompson presented a proposal for the purchasing of <br /> land and construction of a building. With an additional $11,000 al- <br /> location from the County, the building will be owned by the County and <br /> leased to Orange Industries for $1.00 a year.
