Commissioner Jacobs made reference to page 3, attachment 1 and suggested saying <br /> "public hearing" instead of "public workshop" on these slides. <br /> Craig Benedict said that the recommendation is to proceed with the CTP with a <br /> phased-in component for intersection improvements. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that the OUT Board made recommendations based on not <br /> doing a phased plan, but the third bullet has some issues with the design.
