VOTE: Ayes, 5; Noes, 0. <br />C -7 esciy i' on_ E S�hI i �h q Just CQ�Z�En igz (see pages as 7 of this <br />book) <br />Commissioner Lloyd expressed disagreement with using ta:. dollars to improve <br />rental property and Commissioner I3arshall pointed out that with a minimum <br />housing code such expenditure would not be necessary. <br />Cormissioner Willhoit noted that the County has guidelines to follow in <br />spending the money that was allocated by the federal government for this <br />project. <br />Commissioner jihitted pointed out that this is a nationwide program and we <br />do have an obligation to HUD to approve this recommendation. <br />Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Whitted to approve <br />the certificate of just compensation. VOTE: Ayes, 5; Noes, 0. <br />C -10 Prot .ion._ Jordan I•?atersheds (A ropy of the resolution <br />is in the permanent agenda file in the office of the Clerk to the Board.) <br />Comraissioner Lloyd expressed his concern for the joint state -local <br />government support or, the protection of Falls and Jordan 117atersheds, and the <br />burden this might put on the younger and lower income people.
