The water and wastewater system operators will receive full <br />training before the system is turned over to the University. They will have an opportunity to participate <br />in the design review, construction, startup and commissioning of the new systems. <br />As for the NIH- funded expansion, the University is in the process of hiring a construction manager at risk <br />to oversee construction of the buildings on the site, which we didn't use on the previous project. In <br />addition, both the N.C. State Construction Office and one of the very best construction engineers on our <br />Construction Management staff will be involved in the oversight of construction activities and <br />coordination. <br />
