23 1 <br />For purposes of this ordinance, steady - state vibrations <br />are vibrations which are continuous, or vibrations in <br />discrete-impulses more frequent than sixty (60) per <br />minute. Discrete impulses which do not exceed sixty <br />(60) per minute, shall be considered impact vibrations. <br />b) The Rehabilitation Plan shall be referred to the Orange <br />County Soil and Water Conservation District for review and <br />recommendation, in particular regarding the landscape <br />material specified, the planting and maintenance proposed to <br />;6asure - cop. ti: riuouxs ,"growth-t-an&.- *devel:opmentā¢, :=and the <br />acceptability of the proposals for the handling of lakes, <br />ponds, etc. <br />C) The permanent roads, defined as those to be used in excess of <br />one year, within the fill site shall be surfaced with a dust <br />free material, such as soil cement, bituminous concrete or <br />Portland Cement concrete. <br />d) Roads other than permanent roads shall be treated with dust <br />inhibitors, to be,specified in the Operations Plan, which <br />will reduce to a minimum the generation of dust from the road <br />surfaces as a result of wind or vehicular action. Properly <br />operated water wagons are an acceptable means of dust <br />inhibition. <br />e) <br />Where the proposed fill shall take place within 300 feet of a <br />dwelling, school, church, hospital, commercial or industrial <br />building, public building, or public land, a security fence <br />at least six feet high shall be installed. <br />f) <br />The Operations Plan and the Rehabilitation Plan shall be <br />coordinated so that the amount of disturbed land is kept to <br />the absolute minimum consonant with good practices and so <br />that rehabilitation proceeds in concert with filling. <br />*8.8.3 <br />Public utility Stations and Substations, including electric <br />substations.. metering, and switching stations receiving more <br />*Amended <br />than 100 kilovolts rkv) of electricity, Water Treatment, <br />1 -3 -89 <br />Sewacre Treatment Plant, Telephone Exchanges Class A Special <br />Use <br />8.8.3.1 <br />Additional Information <br />In addition to the information required by Subsections 8.2 <br />and 8.8, the following shall be submitted as part of the <br />application: <br />a) <br />A Site Plan showing all existing or proposed buildings, <br />storage areas, parking and access areas, topography at a <br />contour interval of five feet, any officially designated <br />floodplains or alluvial soils. <br />b) <br />Plans and elevations for all proposed structures and <br />descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior <br />materials. <br />8 -12 <br />
