Samantha Cabe: I would like to offer an amendment to my old motion to address the concern he expressed. I would suggest
that the Board of County Commissioners consider some type of ability to apply for additional impervious surface use for the
purpose....there needs to be some opportunity to apply for additional impervious surface if it is needed for the properry. If
Michael says there is a process in place then forget it.

Michael Harvey: Article 6,Section 623.3,page 6.34.

Perdita Holtz: You have this on page 32 of the agenda packet.

Michael Harvey: I don't think it will address your total concern but there is a procedure in place.

Samantha Cabe: If there is a variance procedure and a process to obtain that variance, I will not include it in my motion. My
motion was to vote on sending the current text as amended and the current map showing the entire outline of the watershed to
the Board of Counry Commissioners with the explanation that the concern we have expressed regarding the map also applies to
the text so they need to match it up.

Larry Wright: Is it the map or the maps?

Samantha Cabe: This is the outline of the entire critical area. If you applied the definition as they are defined it would include
the isolated area but it would include the isolated area basically saying it is surrounded by everything else. I am saying the
concern we expressed when we went map by map that might be a good enough definition.

Larry Wright: I withdraw my second.

Samantha Cabe: I am saying we submit it recommending they address it but consider the text needs to match.

Larry Wright: That I wiil second.

Samantha Cabe: With the same concerns we have expressed with the maps applied to text.

Larry Wright: Maps plural, yes I second.

May Becker: I would like to add in addition to the concerns about Section 2.7,also point out the concerns expressed in Section
2.4.

Larry Wright: That is why I said maps plural.

Samantha Cabe: I move we send the text as it is currently amended along with all the maps regarding voting on the individual to
send with comments now we are looking at the big map so the text and the outline of all the small maps to the Board of Counry
Commissioners but reiterate the concerns we had when we addressed the small maps that they also apply to the text in the large
map.

Perdita Holtz: When you say"I vote to send to the Board of County Commissioners"do you mean send with a recommendation
to approve with those comments about reconciling, your concerns with the text and the map?

Samantha Cabe: Yes.

Perdita Holtr: When you say send I didn't know if that meant approval.

Craig Benedict: Recommend approval.

Samantha Cabe: I guess my motion is that we recommend to the Board of Counry Commissioners that....

Craig Benedict: Tina has it written down;you don't have to repeat it.

Samantha Cabe: Perdita pointed out. I was recommending they were sent for approval but approval .....what I think I voted on,
as far as individual maps, was that I was not in favor of approving as is but everyone pointed out concems they had with
individual maps so I would recommend sending it to the Board of Counry Commissioners for approvai but considering of these
concerns because my recommendation wouid be to not approve it unless these concerns were addressed. It is their decision to
make.
