Attachment 5 <br />31 <br />Summary of Planning Board Action <br />In order to gauge whether Planning Board members agreed with the individual <br />criteria that make up the full Critical Area, staff broke each criteria down to its <br />geographic extent for discussion purposes. The Planning Board discussed and <br />voted upon each individual criterion as to whether it should be included in the text <br />of the Zoning Ordinance. The following chart depicts the result of the votes that <br />took place over two Planning Board meetings (March and April 2010). The maps <br />that show each criterion applied geographically follow. The Planning Board voted 6 -1 to recommend <br />approval of the text amendments. (See lines 677 -683 of the April 7, 2010 <br />Minutes for discussion of the "no" vote). <br />The Planning Board also considered the amendments to the Comprehensive <br />Plan Text and Map. The Board vote unanimously to recommend approval of <br />these amendments. <br />
