Attachment 5 31 Summary of Planning Board Action In order to gauge whether Planning Board members agreed with the individual criteria that make up the full Critical Area, staff broke each criteria down to its geographic extent for discussion purposes. The Planning Board discussed and voted upon each individual criterion as to whether it should be included in the text of the Zoning Ordinance. The following chart depicts the result of the votes that took place over two Planning Board meetings (March and April 2010). The maps that show each criterion applied geographically follow. The Minutes of the Planning Board meetings are included after the maps. The Planning Board voted 6 -1 to recommend approval of the text amendments. (See lines 677 -683 of the April 7, 2010 Minutes for discussion of the "no" vote). The Planning Board also considered the amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Text and Map. The Board vote unanimously to recommend approval of these amendments.
