<br />Greensboro, NC. Project Manager for the landfill engineering since 1994. Work includes
<br />permitting, design, and construction management of the 52 -acre Phase III area, including
<br />leachate management facilities. The design included a detailed alternate liner
<br />demonstration with evaluation of in -situ groundwater flow characteristics within fractured
<br />bedrock to support liner demonstration efforts. A combination gas recovery/leachate
<br />recirculation network was also included as part of Phase III. Project Manager for closure

<br />waste above the capped Phase II area, and for evaluation of long -range disposal options
<br />including landfill, composting, waste -to- energy, and privatization. Managed landfill audit
