NM <br />City of Greensboro, Greensboro Department of Transportation Operations Plan, Greensboro, <br />N.C. Provide Engineering and Evaluation of the City's Street Cleaning and Street Sweeping <br />operations to assure maximum productivity at the lowest possible cost. Equipment <br />evaluation and recommendations and program enhancements <br />City of Greensboro North Carolina- Served as the Solid Waste Manager for the City of <br />Greensboro until retirement. Duties consisted of the management and oversight of a <br />comprehensive Solid Waste Management System for a large municipality which included <br />residential MSW and Recycling Collection, Commercial MSW and Recycling Collection, <br />Yard Waste, White good and Bulk Trash Collection Services, MSW Landfill and <br />Composting Operations, Code Enforcement Division and Administrative /Billing Operations. <br />The Solid Waste Management System operated by the City of Greensboro was recognized as <br />a premier program in the Eastern United States. The City enjoyed the latest technologies in <br />both the collection and disposal fields and also partnered with the private sector in the <br />processing of recyclables for the betterment of the environment. <br />Stephen D.
