HDR <br />Engineering, Inc. of the Carolinas (HDR) worked with the City of Rocky Mount (City) to <br />perform a comprehensive study of the operations and management practices of the City's <br />Solid Waste Management Division. <br />Davidson County, Stormwater Mgnt Program Development. Provide engineering <br />services in the development of a preliminary stormwater program that will be used to <br />facilitate the discussions of the Stormwater Stakeholders Committee and County <br />Commissioners and Staff. <br />Richland County, Solid Waste Management Audit, Richland, SC. The Department of <br />Public Works in Richland County has recently hired a new General Manager for their solid <br />waste and recycling services. As part of the integration of this new manager and staff, HDR <br />was retained to begin the process of auditing the operations and finances of the section. <br />
