70 <br />General Engineering and Environmental Management Services <br />Project Control Guide is compiled at the onset of each project, identifying team players, including client <br />representatives, along with their assigned responsibilities. The scope of the contract meetings, <br />clarifications, and changes are documented. <br />Weekly Team Meetings are held, addressing project status, schedules, and work yet to be completed.
