Westmoreland, PE — Construction Administration <br />Mr. Westmoreland has 11 years experience in solid waste and environmental projects including <br />landfill design involving composite base liner systems, leachate collection systems, gas <br />collection, and final cover systems. His responsibilities include design, preparation of plans and <br />specifications, construction coordination, project scheduling, and cost estimating. <br />Laura Patterson, El - Construction Administration <br />Ms. Patterson is a Solid Waste Junior Engineer with HDR in Raleigh, NC. She has a <br />Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with concentrations in Environmental and <br />Agricultural studies. She has two years of experience in Solid Waste, and two years of <br />experience in Erosion and Sedimentation Control. Ms. Patterson's responsibilities include <br />Construction Administration services for solid waste projects in North Carolina, South <br />Carolina, and Virginia. <br />Michael Greenberg — Alternative Technology <br />Mr. Greenberg has more than 20 years of experience in the solid waste management field. His <br />experience includes project management, rate and performance reviews, program and system <br />costing and analysis, independent engineering assessment, and landfill analysis. He has <br />developed numerous economic assessment models for rate evaluation and setting through his <br />detailed work with independent engineering assessments for bond financings. In addition, he has <br />developed computer costing models and has assisted in compiling a large solid waste systems <br />database of costs and options for solid waste facility development. Mr. Greenberg is an <br />accomplished project manager with an untarnished track record for completing all assignments with the highest level of <br />professionalism, on time and within established budget. He regularly manages HDR's largest and most complex projects, <br />including many that involved technology assessments, procurement of solid waste processing, disposal facilities and <br />integrated resources planning. <br />Glen Gray, AIA - Architectural <br />Mr. Gray has spent the majority of his career immersed in the production and administration of <br />Contract and. Construction Documents. He has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2003 <br />and has been involved in over $60 million in LEED certified projects. He has been actively <br />involved in the aspects of design, production, and construction of highly technical projects over his <br />career. This experience has resulted in a thorough understanding of all aspects of the design and <br />construction process, with a special focus on constructability and cohesiveness of documents. <br />Henry M. Antshel, PE — Facilities Planning Design t Structural <br />Mr. Antshel leads the structural design group in Charlotte. He has 40 years of experience in civil <br />structural engineering design and analyses experience concentrated in the water, environmental, <br />industrial and municipal facilities, power and energy, waste, and metals sectors.
