<br />Sarah Futrell, El — Collection / Fleet
<br />Ms. Futrell is a recent graduate from NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Sarah
<br />joined the Solid Waste group in Charlotte in June 2007. Her work focus is solid waste planning
<br />and analysis. She has coordinated a citizen's committee reviewing a county's solid waste
<br />management systems that resulted in an updated solid waste management plan. She has also
<br />assisted with various solid waste permits, airspace reports and cost estimates.
<br />Michael Plummer, PE — Compliance / Mitigation / Hydrogeology
<br />Mr. Plummer has 13 years experience in solid waste and industrial landfill projects. His experience
<br />includes design, hydrogeologic site investigations, permit applications, construction quality
<br />assurance documents, contract documents, construction estimates financial cost proformas, landfill
<br />gas system design and construction, and facility master planning.
<br />Aaron White, PG — Compliance / Mitigation / Hydrogeology
<br />Mr. White is an experienced geologist in both environmental and geotechnical investigations. His
<br />areas of concentration are Phases I and II site assessments, mineral surveys, underground
<br />storage tank analyses, groundwater exploration, groundwater monitoring and modeling,
<br />environmental remediation, and geotechnical investigations. He is specialized in the operation,
<br />monitoring, and permitting of Municipal Solid Waste Landfills and is currently certified by the State
<br />of Virginia as a Class I and II Facility Operator and a Professional Geologist in North Carolina, as
<br />well as Virginia. In addition, Mr. White has project management experience on projects ranging
<br />from small, fast -paced projects to large, multi - disciplined residential, commercial, and municipal
<br />projects. His software application experience includes GINT, FLOWNET, SpilICAD, AQTESOLV,
<br />QuickFlow, Solute, DUMPStat, CARStat, LandGEM, Visual MODFLOW, and other various Environmental Protection
<br />Agency (EPA) and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) programs.
<br />Bradford M. Stone, PE — Compliance / Mitigation / Hydrogeology
<br />Mr. Stone has over 14 years of environmental experience in the solid waste industry. He has
<br />extensive experience in environmental and regulatory permitting of waste management facilities;
<br />landfill design and operational plan development; environmental compliance audits; groundwater
<br />and landfill gas interactions and remediation; methane remediation and landfill gas extraction
<br />systems; compliance monitoring; corrective measures evaluations; construction management;
<br />and CQA services. Mr. Stone has successfully participated in the permitting, environmental
<br />compliance, and construction of municipal landfills across the Southeast (including North
<br />Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee) Mr. Stone has successfully negotiated numerous
<br />environmental issues with state environmental agencies in the southeast including, site acceptability evaluations and
<br />permitting of groundwater and methane monitoring; corrective measures evaluations; methane migration; landfill gas
<br />management and remediation; and closure construction issues.
<br />Dean Ferry, CET — Construction Administration
<br />Mr. Ferry, a Senior Construction Coordinator, has more 30 years of experience in construction
<br />quality assurance, resident engineering, and laboratory testing. He has an extensive background
<br />in the day -to -day operation and construction of solid waste landfills and ancillary facilities. Mr.
<br />Ferry will be responsible for the coordination of CQA personnel, geotechnical and geosynthetics
<br />laboratory testing, review of all field documentation, preparation of certification reports, and
<br />performing constructability review of the project. Mr. Ferry has provided CQA services over 16
<br />million square feet of landfill liner installation at more than 20 facilities in the eastern U.S.
