Operational stations are located in <br />Norfolk (1,300 -tpd), Chesapeake (600 -tpd), Franklin (100 - <br />tpd), Landstown (1,500 -tpd), Isle of Wight (100 -tpd), Oceana <br />(800 -tpd), Suffolk (500 -tpd), Ivor (50 -tpd), and Boykins (50- <br />tpd). <br />Page 26 IER <br />
