32 <br />General Engineering and Environmental Management Services <br />GAS SYSTEM EVALUATION <br />HDR has been involved in the expansion of the current gas system from the <br />unlined landfill into the lined cells through connection of the leachate collection <br />system to the gas -to- energy plant. HDR has also assisted the City in evaluating <br />the current gas contracts and performing a financial analysis on the system <br />expansion.
