115 <br />` Kerry Sandford <br />www.recycie,com Senior Engineer <br />Representative Project <br />BACKGROUND <br />Experience <br />Recovery Potential Analysis• <br />' <br />In the early 1980s, Mr. Sandford led the development of Recycle <br />Ann Arbor to an award winning, city-wide curbside recycling <br />Ana lysis of waste stream based <br />program, setting up processing capabilities as the program progressed. In <br />on waste sorts, published waste <br />1985, Mr. Sandford co- founded Resource Recycling Systems with James <br />stream data, comparison to <br />Frey. In 1998, Mr. Sandford established his own recycling equipment <br />comparable communities or <br />manufacturing and installation /consulting company where he assisted <br />businesses, examination of <br />Eureka! Recycling in site selection, facility layout, equipment specification <br />current recovery, and ana lysis of <br />and construction oversight. He also designed and built portions of the new <br />ability to implement needed <br />container processing line at SOCRRA. Mr. <br />Electr /ca /Engineering, University <br />Sandford has been designing and specifying <br />of Michigan School of <br />recycling facilities since 1981. He has <br />Engineering (1973) <br />contributed to the design and construction of <br />Supplemental courses in <br />more than 20 MRFs from Michigan to South <br />manufacturing technologies and <br />Korea. <br />Natural Resources <br />Project Management: Mr. Sandford has managed a wide range of <br />MRF construction projects, and has provide <br />construction oversight both as the owner's <br />consultant and as a contractor. <br />Feasibility Analysis: <br />Inspection /Appraisal: MR. Sandford has extensive equipment <br />Analysis of economics of facility <br />inspection experience including new and old <br />construction and operation. <br />equipment.
