<br />Professional Experience
<br />Mr. Yanoschak is a registered professional engineer with more than 16 years of experience.
<br />His areas of expertise include municipal solid waste and industrial landfill design and
<br />permitting, civil site design, geotechnical engineering, environmental projects,
<br />hydrogeological studies, and water resources engineering. Mr. Yanoschak has been
<br />responsible for client management and project oversight of many solid waste projects. Mr.
<br />Yanoschak has participated in the following types of projects while at previous employers:

<br />Onslow County, Solid Waste Rate Study Update, NC. Project Manager. Provide Onslow
<br />County, North Carolina, with an update to a previous solid waste rate study. Purpose is to
<br />recommend an increase in tipping fees at the Subtitle D landfill to ensure the balance within
<br />the County's Solid Waste Enterprise Fund.
<br />Wake County, Landfill, Permitting, Design, and Construction Services, NC. Provide
<br />consulting, technical support, and construction oversight regarding the closure of the North
<br />Wake Landfill. Project includes landfill permitting, design, and construction services.
<br />Charleston County, Bees Ferry Landfill - Permitting/Design and Construction, SC.
<br />Project Engineer. Work associated with permitting, design, and construction of the Bees
<br />Ferry Landfill Expansion.

<br />and recommending a developer for a landfill gas utilization project for the Bee Ridge
<br />Landfill and assisting the County in developing a landfill gas to energy project at Central
<br />County Solid Waste Disposal Complex (CCSWDC). Other services provided include Title
<br />V compliance reporting.
