<br />Professional Experience
<br />Mr. White is an experienced geologist in both environmental and geotechnical
<br />investigations. His areas of concentration are Phases I and 11 site assessments, mineral
<br />surveys, underground storage tank analyses, groundwater exploration, groundwater
<br />monitoring and modeling, environmental remediation, and geotechnical investigations. He is
<br />specialized in the operation, monitoring, and permitting of Municipal Solid Waste Landfills
<br />and is currently certified by the State of Virginia as a Class I and Il Facility Operator. In
<br />addition, Mr. White has project management experience on projects ranging from small, fast -
<br />paced projects to large, multi- disciplined residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
<br />His software application experience includes GINT, FLOWNET, SpillCAD, AQTESOLV,
<br />QuickFlow, Solute, DUMPStat, CARStat, LandGEM, Visual MODFLOW, and other
