105 <br />Polystyrene Recycling Rate Study, Alliance of Foam Packaging Recyclers. Project <br />Manager. This project quantified the amount of polystyrene recycled each year. Ms. Trulock <br />served as Project Manager for this project for three years. Her responsibilities included: <br />designing and updating the database; organizing and performing a survey mail out; tracking <br />surveys returned by mail; organizing a telephone follow -up for those companies that didnt <br />respond to the mail -out; reviewing completed surveys; organizing data entry; performing <br />logic checks and quality control queries on the entered data; and developing a summary <br />report of the findings. <br />Recycling Rate Study, American Chemistry Council Plastics Division. Project Manager. <br />This annual project quantifies the amount of post- consumer plastic bottles recycled each <br />year. Ms. Trulock has served as project manager for this project for the last several years. <br />Her responsibilities included the following: designing and updating the database; organizing <br />and performing a survey mail out; tracking surveys returned by mail; organizing a telephone <br />follow -up for those companies that didnt respond to the mail -out; reviewing completed <br />surveys; organizing data entry; performing logic checks and quality control queries on the <br />entered data; and developing a summary report of the findings. <br />Recycling Rate Study, Association of Post - consumer Plastic Recyclers. Project Manager. <br />This annual project quantifies the amount of post - consumer PET plastic bottles recycled <br />each year. Ms. Trulock has served as project manager for this project for the last several <br />years. Her responsibilities included designing and updating the database, organizing and <br />performing the mail -out, tracking surveys returned by mail. Organizing follow up phone <br />calls, reviewing completed surveys, organizing data entry, performing quality control and <br />logic checks, and developing summary report of findings. <br />Recycled PET End -user Study, National Association for Plastic Container Recovery. <br />Project Manager. Ms. Trulock conducted this annual study to quantify the amount of post - <br />consumer recycled PET resin utilized by end - product manufacturers. The key components of <br />the project include: designing a custom database; conducting a survey of approximately 100 <br />companies; compiling survey results into the database and checking data for reasonableness; <br />and developing a project report to discuss the findings of the study. <br />Recycling Markets Database Update, Alliance for the Polyurethanes Industry. Project <br />Manager. As Project Manager for this national database update and expansion, Ms. Trulock <br />was responsible for locating companies eligible for the API database, designing the database, <br />entering the data into the database and organizing and performing a survey mail -out to all <br />companies included in the database. Ms. Trulock coordinated a telephone follow -up to those <br />companies that did not respond to the mail out. After the company information was collected <br />and entered into the database, she performed logic checks and quality control queries on the <br />database to ensure accurate information was collected. Ms. Trulock then wrote a letter <br />report summarizing the data and prepared the data for inclusion on the web site. <br />Waste Transfer, Transportation and Disposal Procurement Services, Citrus County, <br />FL. Procurement Assistance. As part of the larger design/build project for a transfer station, <br />Ms. Trulock assisted the County in the task of developing a draft long -haul and disposal <br />contract to be included in the procurement documents. In order to assure the County has the <br />most preferred terms for the long -haul and disposal contract, Ms. Trulock interviewed other <br />communities in Florida that have recently been through the process of designing and <br />building a transfer station, procuring an operator for the facility and/or procuring final <br />disposal services in order to ascertain which elements of the process the communities felt <br />went well and what they would change. <br />Allison S.
