On-the-ground training for loggers and logging contractors <br /> in the watershed to reduce sedimentation will be provided, <br /> (1) NRCD will fund purchase by forest landowners of <br /> seedlings, seed, and mulch to stabilize critical <br /> areas, <br /> c.
