The Erosion Control Officer reserves the right to require preparation <br /> and approval of an erosion control plan in any instance wherein extensive <br /> control measures are required. <br /> Amended Effective (December 6, 1978) <br /> Section 16 Erosion Control Officer <br /> This ordinance creates the position. of Orange County Erosion Control Officer <br /> who will be responsible for carrying out the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> The Orange County Erosion Control Officer shall work with the planning boards <br /> and the elected governing boards of the planning jurisdictions within Orange <br /> County in administering and enforcing this ordinance. <br /> Section 17 Permits <br /> a. No person shall undertake. The county may establish such fees as considered necessary to defray costs <br /> of administering this ordinance. <br /> C. Whenever a person engaged in a land-disturbing activity is not complying <br /> with the provisions of this ordinance, the grading permit, or the approved <br /> sedimentation and erosion control plan, the Erosion Control Officer may <br /> revoke the grading permit for the site in question. Notice of Revocation <br /> shall be given by registered or certified mail to the person responsible . <br /> for the land-disturbing activity. <br /> d.
