DIRECTOR OF DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES <br /> The position of the Director of the Department of Children's Services is here`s <br /> created. He shall be the chief administrative officer of the Department of <br /> Children's Services and shall be a Department Head reporting directly to the <br /> Orange County Manager, <br /> The position of the Director of the Department of:Children's Services <br /> shall be filled pursuant to and in compliance with the Orange County Personnel <br /> Polity. <br /> Personnel as may be deemed necessary to the supervision, operation <br /> and maintenance of the Department of Children's Services programs and services <br /> shall be employed and discharged in accordance with the Personnel Policy of the <br /> County. <br /> SECTION 4. POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN'S SERVIC. <br /> The Director of the Department of Children's Services shall: <br /> A.
