This grant provides funding to reimburse the County <br /> surveillance equipment purchased for the Dean Smith Center at the University <br /> of North Carolina at Chapel Hitl, which the Department of Homeland Security <br /> has deemed a critical facility. will administer the grant as <br /> agent. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the <br /> Section 2. Under the terms of the agreement, <br /> the nrules and regulations of the <br /> fiscal <br /> grant project within grant <br /> Department of Homeland Security. fete this project: <br /> Section 3.
