Environmental Testing <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> ion <br /> Be <br /> 3.2 of Chapter 159 of commissioners <br /> the General e <br /> eral Statu s of North Carolina, the following pursuant <br /> 1 capital project is <br /> hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to conduct tests and surveys to ensure <br /> compliance with changing Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Issues <br /> involved include underground storage tanks, radon gas, lead in water supplies and <br /> asbestos removal.
