Homestead Twin Towns Zoning Atlas Amendment and Conditional Use Permit <br /> 47 Request by Capkov Ventures, Inc. to rezone 21.5 acres of land at the southwest corner <br /> 48 of Homestead Road and Seawell School Road from Residential-2 (R-2)to Residential-4- <br /> 49 Conditional (R-4-C). <br /> 50 Chapel Hill Planning Director J. B. Culpepper said that this is a zoning atlas amendment. <br /> 51 She described the property on the map. The property is 21.5 acres located in the southwest <br />
