Their comments are contained in the <br /> DRAFT minutes, which are attached. <br /> The Chapel Hill Town Council met on May 21, 2007 and voted unanimously to approve the <br /> rezoning and special use permit. Resolutions of adoption for the rezoning and special use <br /> permit are attached. <br /> The Orange County Planning Board considered this item on June 6, 2007 and voted <br /> unanimously to recommend approval. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no County financial impact associated with considering a <br /> rezoning for the property. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Administration recommends approval of the proposed rezoning <br /> from Chapel Hill R-2 to the Chapel Hill R-4-C zoning district. <br />
