Bicycle Parking at Homestead Site: That the applicant comply with the bicycle parking <br /> standards in place at such time that the Town Council approves the Special Use Permit. <br /> 15. Seawell School Road Sidewalk: That the applicant shall provide a 5 7foot wide concrete <br /> • sidewalk on Seawell School Road, from the southern property line to High School Road. <br /> Final design to be reviewed and approved by the Town Manager prior to issuance of a <br /> Zoning Compliance Permit. <br /> 16. Bus Stop and Shelter: That prior to the issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit, the <br /> applicant provide a payment-in-lieu of$10,000 for a bus pull-off, and $6,500 for a bus • <br /> • stop, pad, bench, and shelter.
