Budget merit <br /> Commissioner Walker moved, Commissioner Lloyd seconded the 1982-83 budget <br /> amendments: (1) to allocate $2,200 to Department of Health with $1,200 to the <br /> Maternal and Child accounts and $2,000 to the Family Planning accounts; (2) to <br /> adjust Department of Social Services accounts as follows: <br /> Social Services - Subsidy Program Grant $2,000.00 <br /> Social Services - Income Maintenance Grant. $1,500.00 <br /> Social Services - Permanency Planning Grant ($3,909.00) <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> C-7 - izatj_9 <br /> Small Business Administration Grant <br /> Commissioner Willhoit moved, Commissioner Marshall seconded authorizing <br /> a grant submission for $5,605.50 to the Small Business Administration Parks and <br /> Recreational Area Development Grant Program. VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> C-8 Noise_ OXdj,==e <br /> Attorney Gledhill requested that no action be taken until he had reviewed <br /> the Resolution and Ordinance. <br /> J. McCoy reiterated the position taken in a petition presented earlier <br /> (support) ; Robert Poythrers and D.D. Browning also spoke in support. <br /> It was agreed that Attorney Gledhill would review the Ordinance, clarify- <br /> ing where necessary, and making it applicable county-wide. <br /> C-9 Job Training <br />
