QA <br /> J Two-Way Traffic <br /> Private Roads shall provide for two--way traffic in order to prevent conflict <br /> of vehicles meeting head-on. Two-ray traffic can be accomplished by widening the <br /> travelway at prescr1bad locations to allow vehicles to pass or to pull over and <br /> stop while another vehicle passes. <br /> Grade <br /> s <br /> The grade of the road should be between 3 and 12-per cent and shaU not <br /> exceed 188 because of the difficulty of operating vehicles on such a <br /> steep road and the high potential for erosion of the trayslway and ditches. <br /> Where possible, the road should be constructed along the contour of the land . <br /> to avoid steep grades. <br /> Xntersecti.on with Pub31c Road <br /> The intersection of the Private Road with the existing public road shall <br /> permit a safe entrance and exit.
