Commissioner Whitted noted that according to the <br /> Resolution establishing the Orange County Economic Development Commission, <br /> one member had to be appointed from the Industrial Facilities and <br /> Pollution Control Authority, and Mr. Gastineau is the only nominee who also <br /> serves on the Industrial Authority; therefore, Mr. Gastineau is the <br /> Authority's representative on the Economic Development Commission. <br /> Accordingly, Ms. McCarthy, Ms. Parker and Air.
