Grantee shall submit a written monthly report to the Emergency Services <br />Director, or their designee, providing the number of calls and runs during <br />the month. The report shall contain the number of emergency calls, the <br />number of convalescent calls, the total number of calls and the total <br />number of patients transported. <br />f. Grantee may inspect Grantee's records at any time in order to ensure <br />compliance with the EMS Franchise Ordinance and this Franchise <br />Agreement; however, Grantor's shall inspect the Grantee's records at least <br />once a year to ensure compliance with the EMS Franchise Ordinance and <br />this Franchise Agreement. <br />Section 11. Medical Oversight <br />a. Grantee shall designate a representative of Grantee to attend and <br />participate in regular meetings of the Orange County EMS Peer Review <br />Committee. <br />b. Grantee shall monitor and comply with any online medical direction for <br />operating within EMT-P systems. <br />c. Grantee shall comply with the Grantor's plan for Medical Oversight and <br />Written Treatment Protocols. <br />d. Grantee shall comply with the Grantor's written plan to address the <br />management ofthe EMS System including: <br />i. the triage of patients to appropriate facilities; <br />ii. tt~ansport of patients to facilities outside of the system; <br />iii. Arrangement for transporting patients to appropriate facilities <br />when diversion or bypass plans are activated; <br />iv. A mechanism for reporting, monitoring and establishing standards <br />for system response times; <br />v. A special events staffing plan; <br />vi. A disaster plan; and <br />vii.
