An Ordinance Amending the <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS DESIGN MANUAL <br /> (Section 6.29.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County) <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Orange County that the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and Economic <br /> Development Districts Design Manual be amended as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: Amend Section 6.29 Development Standards for Economic Development (ED) Districts [Zoning Ordinance]; and Part <br /> Two: Performance Standards [Economic Development Districts Design Manual] by amending Section 2.1 Development Areas; <br /> Section 2.2 Permitted Uses and Section 2.3 Land Use Intensity as follows: <br /> (see attached) <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners that this Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance <br /> Amending the Economic Development Districts Design Manual- Section 6.29.3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County"is <br /> adopted. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner seconded by Commissioner the foregoing Ordinance was <br /> adopted this the day of 2007. <br /> I, Donna S.
