:x. 39C <br /> 02 <br /> We, the undersigned, petition the State of North Carolina to pave all or <br /> at least a portion of Linden Road in orange County. This road is almost <br /> constantly in need of scraping and graveling and is in worse condition <br /> than any other road of comparable useage in Orange County.. <br /> The condition of the road is not only damaging to the paint, tires and <br /> suspension systems of the vehicles which must use it but more importantly, <br /> it is dangerous. Several passenger cars have slid into the ditch while <br /> trying to dodge hoies. as has at least one school bus.
