GREENWOOD: Mr. Collins provided the details on the Green 15. wood subdivision to the Board (page ) . Mr. John McAdams, repre- 16. senting the developer, disagreed with the condition that a "stubout" 17. be provided. He said the developer is not responsible for the land- 18. locked property, containing 127 acres, behind this site; and that, 19. furthe.r, it is highly unlikely that connection will ever be made bet- 20. ween the two tracts of land. He said this subdivision is for those 21. who wish to "get away" and therefore a thru street is not desirable. 22. Mr. Gledhill , County Attorney, provided information regarding 23. the General Statutes and rights-of-way. He said such a right-of-way 24.would exist whether the "stubout" was shown or not.should the County 25.decide to extend the existing road .and the property owners would, in 26.effect, agree in advance to such an arrangement. 27.
