49 <br />6. Miscellaneous <br />6-1 Notices. <br />(a) Any communication provided for in this Deed of Trust must be in <br />writing. <br />(b) Any communication under this Deed of Trust will be sufficiently <br />given and deemed given when delivered by hand or on the date shown as the- date <br />of delivery on a United States Postal Service return receipt, if addressed as follows: <br />(i) If intended for the County, addressed to it at the following <br />address: Orange County, Attention: Finance Director, Re: Notice under <br />2007 SunTrust Deed of Trust, Post OfFce Box 8181, Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina 27278. <br />(ii) If intended for SunTrast, addressed to it at the following <br />address: SunTrust Leasing Corporation, Attention: , Re: <br />Notice under 2007 Deed of Trust from Orange County, North Carolina, <br />[address/city/state]. <br />(ii) if to the Deed of Trust Trustee, to , Re: Notice <br />under 2007 Deed of Trust from Orange County, North Carolina, <br />[address/city/state]. <br />(c) Any communication sent under this Deed of Trust to any one party <br />must be sent to the other parties at the same time.. <br />(d) Any addressee 'may designate additional or different addresses for <br />communications by notice given under this Section to each of the others. • <br />6-2 Successors; Assignments. <br />(a) This Deed of Trust is binding upon, will inure to the benefit of, and is <br />enforceable by the County, the Deed of Trust Trustee and SunTrust, and their <br />respective successors and assigns. <br />(b) Except as otherwise provided in this Deed of Trust or in the Financing <br />Contract, the County may not sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any <br />part of the Mortgaged Property or any interest therein without .SunTrust's prior <br />written consent.
