35 <br />"Qualified Agent" means any bank or other financial institution qualified to <br />exercise corporate trust powers that is selected by the County, is reasonably <br />acceptable to SunTrust and is acceptable to the LGC. <br />"State" means the State of North Carolina. <br />"Project Fund Agreement" means the Project Fund Agreement of even date <br />between SunTrust and the County, as it maybe duly amended or supplemented. <br />In addition, all capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have <br />the meanings assigned thereto in the Project Fund Agreement. <br />97562vt 35 <br />
