Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Article Twenty (20) of the <br />Orange County Zoning Ordinance 1 have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, by certified <br />mail a Notice of Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Zoning Atlas <br />Amendment petition initiated by Mr. Vernon Davis to rezone a portion of his property at 3300 <br />NC 54 West (TMBL 6.30B..8 /PIN 9749-50-0366) from Rural Residential One (R-1) to <br />Neighborhood Commercial Two (NC-2). <br />The owners were identified according to the Tax Records and as required by Article Twenty <br />(20), of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />The mailed notice specified the date, time, place and subject of the Public Hearing. <br />WITNESS my hand, this 10" day of May 2010. <br />Mi hael D.
