i <br /> • APSM 75-1 <br /> 10/1/82 <br /> (e) Funds for assaultive children may be used to support the <br /> cost of treatment for members of the Willie M. class who attain <br /> the age of 18 if the member continues to be in need of such <br /> treatment and will benefit from continued placement or involvement <br /> in the program. However, such support shall not be in excess of <br /> six months following the class member's 1.8th birthday or the and <br /> of the fiscal year in which the class member reaches 18 years of <br /> age, whichever comes later. <br /> (f) To apply for funds administered under this Rule, an annual <br /> plan and budget for such funds shall be included in the appropriate <br /> area program's total annual plan and budget package when it is <br /> submitted to the appropriate regional office -of the division. <br /> (g) The annual budget for programs serving Willie M. clients <br /> shall be budgeted into separate cost centers. Such cast centers <br /> shall include all sources of revenue which support the direct <br /> cost of services for Willie M. clients. . Funds expended for <br /> services to Willie M. clients such as outpatient visits, emergency <br /> s.=vices, .or case management services may be budgeted within the <br /> area program cost center which provides that service if the area <br /> program maintains sufficient statistical data to indicate the <br /> service provided to the Willie M. client- and the cost of the <br /> service. <br /> (h) The area program shall -provide financial and statistical <br /> reports regarding funds for assaultive children to the division <br /> according to instructions of the division. <br /> (i) The limitation on the number of inpatient days as contained <br /> in 10 NCAC. I4D .0006(a) (1) (C) ; USE OF DIVISION FUNDS FOR INPATIENT <br /> SERVICES; shall not apply to Funds for Assaultive Children. <br /> History Note: Statutory Authority G.S. 122-35.56; S.L. 1981, <br /> Chs. 859 and 1032; <br /> Eff.
