Additionally, nine potential CDBG <br /> target areas were mentioned. A more detailed analysis. of <br /> potential target areas was requested by the Board: Attach- <br /> ed is a Community Deve.lo ment Needs Chart- which quantitatively <br /> ranks the nine potential target,areas and Orange Count <br /> Housing and Community Development Study_. <br /> ?mpact: The State's CDBG application deadline is May 2, 1983. A <br /> target area must be selected, if the County plans to <br /> meet this deadline. <br /> Recommendation(s): Authorize preparation and submission of a CDBG application <br /> for the Councilville Community. <br />
