(RESERVED) <br /> SECTION 6.3 JOINT PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION. <br /> The Joint Planning Advisory Commission is- established for the purpose of joint <br /> planning. Its work shall include, but not be limited to, periodic review and <br /> evaluation of progress on joint planning activities, further definition of joint <br /> .standards for development proposals, amendments to the Joint Planning <br /> Agreement, amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map, the <br /> establishment of an' urban services area and the recommendation of policies for <br /> the extension of water and sewer facilities, and other means as may be necessary <br /> to assure desired development patterns in the Joint Planning Area. <br /> The Joint .Planni•ng. Advisory Commission shall consist of twelve members as <br /> -,determined„+ay-the foll,crwirr representation` scheme: <br /> 2 Orange County Commissioners <br /> 2 Orange County Planning Board members <br /> 2 Chapel Hill Councilors <br /> 2' Chapel. Hill Planning Board members <br /> 2 Carrboro Aldermen <br /> 2 Carrboro Planning Board members <br /> SECTION 6.4 DURATION. <br /> This Agreement shall be effective upon its execution by the parties hereto, and <br /> shall continue thereafter until termination by mutual agreement or when all the <br /> parties have withdrawn from the.
