The Review Schedules to become effective with the <br /> adoption of this Agreement are detailed in Addendum 1. <br /> SECTION 4.3 COURTESY REVIEW AREA. <br /> The Orange County courtesy review area encompasses the entire Joint Planning <br /> Area. The Chapel Hill and Carrboro courtesy review areas are defined in Section <br /> 2.2A. The Chapel Hill review area lies to the east of the boundary therein <br /> defined and the Carrboro review area lies to the west of that boundary. <br /> SECTION 4.4 COURTESY REVIEW PERIOD. <br /> The governmental unit in whose jurisdiction a project is located will 'allow <br /> sufficient time for the other parties to conduct their review prior to final action <br /> on the project. The parties reviewing a project within the jurisdiction of another <br /> party will conduct their review as expeditiously as possible. <br /> The courtesy review period will begin on the day a project is accepted for <br /> consideration by a particular party, at which time the party accepting the project <br /> will mail additional copies of the project to the party or parties entitled to <br /> courtesy review. The courtesy review period will be forty-five (45) days during <br /> which period the reviewing parties will provide the accepting party with a <br /> written response.
