MINUTES <br /> • Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to approve the <br /> 3. minutes of January 24, 1983 as corrected. VOTE: Ayes,5; noes, .0. <br /> • Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to approve the <br /> • minutes of February 7, 1983, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> �3 Consideration of the minutes of February 15 and .February 21, 1983 was delayed. <br /> TO D-1 CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC NEARING TO RECEIVE PLANNING BOARD'S RECOMMENDATION <br /> ON CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE TIMBERS <br /> 8. <br /> Commissioner Whitted said that the Public Hearing was continued to receive <br /> 90 <br /> evidence anda recommendation from the Planning ,Board. Mr. Marvin Collins, Planning <br /> 10. <br /> Director, submitted the Planning Board's recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. <br /> Mr. Collins was sworn at the first Public Hearing held on January 24, 1983.. <br /> 12. <br /> Mr. Collins reported that the Planning Board met and considered Mr. Cates' request <br /> S3* <br /> for revision to The.Timbers; he said the Planning Board's recommendation is approval <br /> • of the request with nine conditions. (See pages 'J�0 of this minute book for the <br /> 15- <br /> nine conditions attached to and part of these minutes.) Mr. Cates at the first <br /> 36+ <br /> Public Hearing indicated that he could comply with the nine conditions of the <br /> 37. <br /> Planning Board. Commissioner.
