If a new accessory structure is to be used for a home <br /> occupation, the following criteria must be met: <br /> 1. 7-ne Accessory building shall be set back at least <br /> 30' xarther from the road than the residence. <br /> 2. The accessory building shall not be closer than <br /> 40' to the side and rear property lines. <br /> 3- The accessory building shall be adequately screened <br /> from view of the road and the adjacent property by <br /> a da43e2v planted evergreen hedge of shrubs or trees. <br /> 4-- MY outside storage of materials for use in the <br /> home occupation shall be totally screened from the <br /> road en4 from adjacent property in the same manner <br /> as the accessary structure. The outside storage area <br /> shad not exceed 500 square feet. The minimum, setback <br /> for 'the storage area shall be the same as for the <br /> acce-story building. <br /> 6.7 Accessory Structures In Residential Districts <br /> Accessory st+-uctures shall not be erected in any required <br /> fxort setback or anv closer to the road ri ht of way than <br /> .the residence, whichever is greater.
