An engineer's cost estimate for extending water service to the site and time <br />required for extension <br />If the water infrastructure is within 500 feet of the site, the applicant must attach a <br />letter from the water service provider certifying that there is a minimum of 500,000 <br />gallons per day of excess permitted capacity available.
