Program Structure/ Organization <br />Steerinaee <br />The Certified Sites Program Steering Committee will: <br />1. Approve sites that have submitted information necessary to complete the Intent to <br />Certify after a site visit and a recommendation by the Technical Review Team have been <br />completed <br />2. Declare a site a North Carolina Certified Site after review of completed documentation <br />3. Periodically review program criteria for necessary updates <br />The Steering Committee is appointed by the Secretary of Commerce. Members are <br />appointed to serve a 2 -year term with terms expiring on a rotating basis to ensure some ural <br />continuity on the committee.
