IMPACT: Paving of the unpaved portion of the road would substantially improve the <br /> access for all residents served by the road, as well as those residents of <br /> Kingsboro Estates who use the road for access to the subdivision. <br /> ECOMMENDATION: The following options are available for consideration by the Board; <br /> a) participation by the residents adjacent to the unpaved portion in <br /> the P.P.P. or P.O.P. programs; b) participation by the residents <br /> of Kingsboro Estates in the P.O.P. program; c) participation by <br /> the County in the P.O.P. program; d) request DOT to reclassify the <br /> road for paving under a non-participatory program. <br /> As the Board decides. <br /> 4 <br />
